Theresa, better known as Terry, has over thirty years experience in nursing and ambulatory care with the last twenty-five years as Nurse Manager and Director of Nursing of a free-standing surgery center in Rhode Island. Terry began working for CSC in March of 2008.

Along with a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Rhode Island College, Terry has CNOR ACLS, and PALS certification. She is married, lives in Seekonk, Massachusetts and has two sons.
